CANCELLATION POLICY

Pre-Orders

All current Kavre Studio products are offered as pre-orders. When you place a pre-order, your payment is collected in full at checkout. This allows us to begin production on your order immediately.

Cancellations

You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order ships for a full refund. No questions asked.

To cancel, email us at hello@kavrestudio.com with your order number. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may however request a return within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Order Changes

If you need to change your shipping address or any other order details, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@kavrestudio.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order enters production.

Delays

In the rare case that production is delayed beyond our estimated ship date, we will notify you immediately by email with an updated timeline. You may cancel your order for a full refund at any point before shipment.
