REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Pre-order cancellations If you placed a pre-order, you may cancel at any time before your order ships for a full refund, no questions asked. Once your order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
Return eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@kavrestudio.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at hello@kavrestudio.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at hello@kavrestudio.com.
