Shipping policy

Overview Kavre Studio products are handcrafted in small batches in California. Because each piece is made to order, please allow additional time for production before shipment.

Pre-Order Shipping All current orders are pre-orders. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email. Your cover will be handcrafted and shipped within 6–8 weeks of your order date. We will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery — Production + shipping: 6–8 weeks from order date — Expected ship date: June 2026 — Domestic US delivery after shipment: 3–7 business days

Shipping Rates — Free standard shipping on all US orders — We currently ship within the United States only — International shipping coming soon — join our waitlist at hello@kavrestudio.com

Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

Delays We do everything we can to meet our production timeline. In the rare case of a delay we will contact you directly by email with an updated ship date. You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before shipment.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us immediately at hello@kavrestudio.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will replace or refund your order at no additional cost.
